    Bring a friend and get a FREE ride, limit of (2).  If you bring 3+ your friend must make a purchase to receive a FREE ride!

  • When does the unlimited membership start?

    The Unlimited membership starts on the DAY of purchase.

  • What’s the cancellation policy for our memberships?

    You must give a 30-day notice when canceling any membership on auto-pay. Refunds for past purchases will not be given.

  • Can I put my membership on hold?

    You can put your membership on hold for up to (2) months per year.

  • When do the class packs expire?

    • The 5-pack expires in 45 days of purchase
    • The 10-pack expires in 60 days of purchase
    • The 20-pack expires in 90 days of purchase

  • Do you accept walk-ins?

    We do accept walk-ins!

  • Can I share my class pack with someone else?

    Your class pack can be shared with another member, just call or email to link the (2) accounts.

  • When should I arrive?

    You must arrive to class early, especially if you are new. Late riders will not be let into class after the warm-up song.

  • What’s the cancelation policy for single classes or class packs?

    If you do not cancel your class within 12-hours you will LOSE that class. If you’re an unlimited member you will be charged a late-fee.

  • Is unlimited month-to-month?

    The unlimited monthly comes out automatically, BUT you cannot book past the date of auto-debit. If you would like to be booked into class call or email us and we will reserve you a spot.

  • What should I bring?

    If you forget, we have socks and water in studio for purchase. Shoes may be rented. You must wear a shoe with SPD or Delta clip to ride.

    You may call for student pricing! We offer unlimited and 5/10/20 packs for students, teachers, and first responders.

    No, we do not offer refunds after classes have been purchased but you can transfer them to a friend!

  • Do you extend classes that have expired?

    We do not normally extend class packs (except for situations like Covid).  We do *not* extend packs purchased at a discounted rate!
